1. Mastercard Names Devin Corr as Head of Investor Relations

Mastercard has announced that Devin Corr will be the company’s new Head of Investor Relations. Corr will be responsible for leading Mastercard’s global investor relations program and will report to the company’s Chief Financial Officer, Sachin Mehra.

Corr has over 20 years of experience in Investor Relations and Corporate Finance. He joins Mastercard from J.P. Morgan, where he was most recently Head of Investor Relations for the Corporate & Investment Bank. Prior to that, he was at Merrill Lynch for 11 years, where he held various positions in Investor Relations and Corporate Finance, including Head of Investor Relations for the Americas.

Corr holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Columbia Business School.

2. Corr to Oversee Investor Relations Strategy and Engagement

Devin Corr has been named Mastercard’s Head of Investor Relations Strategy and Engagement, effective August 1, 2019. In this role, Devin will be responsible for leading Mastercard’s investor relations strategy and engagement with the investment community globally.

Devin has over 20 years of experience in financial services, including investor relations, capital markets, and corporate finance. She most recently served as Head of Investor Relations for WorldPay, Inc. prior to its acquisition by FIS. Devin has also held various positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Investor Relations, Corporate Banking, and Treasury.

Devin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.

3. Mastercard’s New Head of Investor Relations

Mastercard has announced that Devin Corr will be its new Head of Investor Relations. Corr will be responsible for leading Mastercard’s investor relations program and will report to Chief Financial Officer Sachin Mehra.

Corr has more than 20 years of experience in investor relations and capital markets. Most recently, he was the head of investor relations at Avis Budget Group. Prior to that, he held various investor relations roles at American Express, Lehman Brothers, and Merrill Lynch.

4. Devin Corr Brings Extensive Investor Relations Experience to Mastercard

Mastercard has announced the appointment of Devin Corr as its new Head of Investor Relations. Corr will be responsible for leading the team that provides financial analysis and communicates with investors, analysts, and rating agencies on behalf of Mastercard.

Corr has over 20 years of experience in investor relations and capital markets. He joins Mastercard from JPMorgan Chase, where he served as Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations for the past eight years. Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Corr held various Investor Relations roles at Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, and UBS.

5. Corr to Lead Mastercard’s Investor Relations Efforts

Mastercard has announced that Devin Corr will be taking on the role of Head of Investor Relations, effective immediately. In this role, Corr will be responsible for leading Mastercard’s efforts to engage with the investment community and provide insights into the company’s strategy and performance.

Corr has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently serving as Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations for Citi’s Institutional Clients Group. In this role, he was responsible for Citi’s investment banking relationships with large institutional investors and providing them with analysis and insights on Citi’s businesses and strategy. Prior to Citi, Corr worked at Goldman Sachs in various roles including investment banking and equity research.
